Our team will install and configure your cPanel or Interworx control panel and all related software packages. We will also handle initial migration of your hosting accounts / websites from your current provider (supported control panel required).
Technical support is available through our NOC Portal at https://noc.versaweb.com 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year - simply log in with your email address and password to request assistance.
Our team will install, configure, and optimize your server's operating system, and will perform a basic security audit and hardening to help prevent potential intrusions. We will also update yoru OS to ensure your server has the latest security patches applied
We will provide assistance on a best-effort basis for 3rd party applications and software packages such as Wordpress, Drupal, Magento, etc. We will also offer assistance on custom server configurations, such as nginx web server, varnish cache, etc.
Versaweb provides a 99.9% uptime guarantee on managed dedicated servers. Contact our Billing Dept within 7 days of any downtime to request an SLA credit. Managed services have a soft limit of 4 hours per month. Repeated overages may result in additional admin charges.
